Hi Arie,

It’s definitely a quality piece of equipment. 

The earliest model was released in 1973. We’ll have to wait and see if anything will be released that can rival the performance of the SM7B.

It is good to know that this is easy to setup and that it can make anyone’s voice sound better! Also judging as how Michael Jackson’s thriller song sounds, I think I would recommend this to others as well!

My question is, how long has this mic been around and do you see there ever being anything coming close to this quality anytime soon?
